HRIC 2023 (4th International Conference of the HR Division) was organized by the School of Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management at North-West University (NWU), South Africa and the Academy of Management’s HR Division. The conference focused on bridging the gap between human resource theory and practice, bringing together HR scholars, industry professionals, and researchers from around the world.

The program featured keynote speeches, paper presentations, workshops, and professional development sessions, creating a platform for meaningful discussions on the future of HRM. Attendees also had the opportunity to engage in networking events, including a doctoral colloquium, game drives, and a safari dinner at Sun City where the conference was held.
